Rain engineering has nothing to do with geoengineering as we know it, this is a completely harmless method of creating rain where there are deserts or for clearing up atmospheric pollution using pioneering techniques based on sixty years worth of scientific experiments carried out on large ships and in airplanes by Trevor James Constable. Trevor James Constable is not well known, yet he is a pioneering man who learned about the Aether from Wilhelm Reich's work and Wilhelm Reich's daughter, Trevor spent sixty years perfecting his knowledge and experiments to make rain where there are deserts without synthetic or harmful chemicals or electromagnetic techniques.
